We are delighted to celebrate Ron Dixon, one of our Funeral Service Operatives at Gibson’s Funeral Services, who has successfully completed The Big Hike 2026 – St Oswald’s Way in support of St Oswald’s Hospice.
On 27 September, Ron took on the challenging 22.5km route from Bamburgh to Craster, following a spectacular stretch of the Northumberland coastline. His dedication and determination have helped raise valuable funds for a charity that provides vital care and support to local families.
Everyone at Gibson’s is incredibly proud of Ron’s achievement and his commitment to supporting such an important cause. Congratulations, Ron, on completing this impressive challenge and making a real difference in your community.
