We cannot thank Sarah and the team enough for the care and support they gave us following the loss of my Dad.

From the very beginning, Sarah was fantastic. She was kind, compassionate and incredibly helpful throughout, guiding us through everything and making what was such a difficult time for our family that little bit easier.

Sarah was a huge help to my Mum on the day of the funeral, offering support and reassurance when she needed it most. It meant so much to know we had someone so caring looking after us, and it was a real comfort and relief to know that Dad was in such safe and caring hands.

During such an emotional and difficult time, the little things make a huge difference, and Sarah’s kindness, professionalism and genuine care meant more to us than words can say.

Thank you, Sarah, for everything you did for our family and for taking such wonderful care of Dad. We will always be grateful.

Well where to start from the beginning to the end was a great help from Matthew and his team they could not do enough for me at the this very sad time Always at the end of the phone if I needed anything the receptionist would point me in the right direction and very helpful when myself and my family came to see dad down at the chapel of rest .Big thank you to Ian also and the team of drivers I would definitely recommend gibsons funeral care to all my family and friends. From the moment my Father and I met Ryan, we knew Gibson's was the perfect business to deal with. Ryan was polite, empathetic, well presented and had excellent communication skills. His knowledge and experience made what can be an unsettling time, seem smooth and effortless, leaving only a few jobs for us to do.

Our celebrant, Laura was equally made for the job. Laura knew the questions to ask to get a well rounded story of a person's life. Her ceremony/presentation was meaningful and she managed to capture the essence of my Mother.

Ryan informed us in advance that he would be on annual leave close to the time of the funeral and Michael was Ryan's replacement. It turned out that Michael was also excellent and the crossover of staff felt seamless. On the funeral day, Michael respectfully approached the house and explained how the day would progress. Michael's demeanor was so calm and collected and this had a calming presence on the funeral party.

I cannot fault anything about the whole experience, Gibson's also looked after catering, photo slide show and music, they just need your choices in advance to ensure you receive the service you would like.

Thanks again to the whole team, including the pallbearers and office staff that helped.
